Is this guy selling real estate or just freaking out? Don't know if I would want to work with an agent who shadow boxes while he talks to the camera - might be a bit overpowering in person - note to the director, a few too many jabs in this "marketing" video.

Anyone else notice how empty this beach is - what's going on, is there a hurricane on the way?

The whole "I got information you got information but right now we got nothing" line sounds desparate.
