Changed my hosting provider and not much time to re-implement the site the last few weeks; made a few false starts along the way. Spent my days looking at houses and stunned by the latest financial turn(s) of events. Maybe that $500,000 house will be selling soon for $425,000. Soon, as opposed to eventually. More to follow...

Took that picture with my trusty/crappy V3 Razr.  That's a well travelled path, anyone else ready to guess the location?

I thought the algae green water was kind of nice looking, but also a nice metaphor for the stagnant local market...

Okay, I made that last bit up.

Okay, so this isn't Victoria Real Estate, but actually that trail has got to be some of the nicest, most progressive Victoria Real green space out there. This is the section back of Galey Farms, just past the Don Mann dump truck depot.
