Okay, I admit it, I'm watching the PCS like other visitors to this blog, and when  you see something that looks good, you like to check it out, even if, philosophically, it's probably too early in the correction to get any deals.

Saw this on PCS.  What's kind of depressing is it sold over list, at $490,000, in a couple of days.

The madness has to end!  Good for the sellers, though.
