Cheaprealty presents:

17 people under one roof to make the $4000 mortgage payment? That's not sustainable...

The japanese are now getting a primer on why the mayhem has broken loose. I'm sure there is the potential for schadenfreude, for despite all the panic and protestations, the declining market in America is in its first year or so. The japanese market declined for a much longer period of time following the bursting of the property bubble there in the late 80s. In fact, it declined for almost 15 years afterwards.

Hi!  I love your videos.  This is a bit of a rant...

I am not a finance person.  I am a spender (thank God I am married to an ex-investment banker tightwad).  Anyway,  I need and want a bigger house.  However,  I know that property is going to crash and we will not put anymore money into Victoria Real Estate.  We do own a nice property here but with a growing family it is too small. I just can't understand how people can that Canada is untouchable.  I think people have sunk so much money into real estate that any sort of dissent just drives them crazy. I am talking about people of all economic groups. This is so much like the dot.com fiasco.  My husband was on Bay street at the time and any analysts that said the dot.com bubble would burst were almost beaten up.  Apparently on Wall street some even received death threats.
