March was sluggish, but with realtor wishful thinking, the buyers are just around the corner

The Globe and Mail has published a story blaming bad weather for sluggish real estate activity in Ontario, entitled "March dip cools a heated market".  Now that weather has improved, there are suggestions that sales will pick up.  There are also suggestions a reduction of inventory is supporting prices even though there has been less activity.  There are also some comments from Benjamin Tal of CIBC World Markets.
