The amazing thing to me about this listing is the location, the size, and this quote from the listing realtor: "This area is the up and coming area of Victoria, prices will soar very soon."

How can a realtor get away with making a statement like the one in this listing?? S houldn't he be held responsible if prices don't soar? If he won't be held responsible, he shouldn't be allowed to make these kinds of statements.

What do you think, $300,000 for a tiny condo in a crappy part of town with a bogus guarantee of soaring future prices for the "up and coming area."

Any "investors" out there tempted by almost guaranteed future soaring appreciation?
